We will also make sure that your home passes your subdivision's required Architectural Controls (these are the rules that state what your house is required to have as far as appearance is concerned). If the house you purchase is in a subdivision that requires a tree in the front yard, then we will supply a tree. If your house has a front driveway, then we will line the driveway with gravel. If it's in the front yard, we'll take care of it for you.
